Biocomposites, an international medical device company, sought a packaging sealing solution to meet their growing production needs for Genex syringe products. They required sterile, securely sealed trays with clean peels from Tyvek lids, adhering to stringent medical industry guidelines. Four years ago Den Berk Délice moved to top sealing to meet retailers' demands for lighter packs. It now runs six PA machines across its sites. The newest, a REV6 installed by Benelux partner Het Packhuys, went into an existing line without a change of packaging materials.
