The REV3 is the entry point to the fully automatic REV platform, designed for manufacturers moving from semi-automatic systems into continuous motion sealing. Its compact footprint and 510 mm sealing bed make it ideal for sites where space is limited and throughput requirements are moderate.
With outputs of up to 90 packs per minute, the REV3 provides reliable Atmosphere, MAP-F, Vacuum and MAP-V capability using PA’s all-electric POWERDRIVE technology, eliminating the need for compressed air. Continuous tray flow ensures smooth pack handling from infeed to outfeed without indexing.
Tooling compatibility with existing SL3 platforms makes it a practical upgrade path while maintaining low energy consumption, fast changeovers and hygienic construction.

Synchronised Transfer
With the developments improving the 'traditional stepper belt' which is now a high-speed continuous flow the whole process cycle has been slowed down without reducing output. The new synchronised transfer movement is linked to the pickup point and is dramatically reduced in transfer speed. This gives a fully controlled pack transfer cycle.
