The REV3 plus extends the capability of the REV3 by increasing the sealing bed length to 720 mm, enabling higher impression capacity and outputs of up to 125 packs per minute while retaining a compact machine footprint.
Fully electric POWERDRIVE operation removes the need for compressed air, reducing energy consumption and simplifying installation. Continuous motion tray handling improves pack consistency and eliminates buffering.
With full Atmosphere, MAP-F, Vacuum and MAP-V functionality and compatibility with SL4 tooling, the REV3+ provides an ideal bridge between compact automation and higher speed single-lane production.

Synchronised Transfer
With the developments improving the 'traditional stepper belt' which is now a high-speed continuous flow the whole process cycle has been slowed down without reducing output. The new synchronised transfer movement is linked to the pickup point and is dramatically reduced in transfer speed. This gives a fully controlled pack transfer cycle.
