The Eclipse R Medical is fully electric, semi automatic, two station, rotary table blister sealer.
The two stage automatic indexing table enables operators to load and unload blisters whist the machine is sealing and is particularly important when sealing inner and outer blisters.
The Eclipse R Medical can be configured to use reel fed film or pre-cut lids to pre-formed blisters making it versatile and flexible.
Incorporating POWERDRIVE technology, there is no requirement for a compressed air supply which is perfect for a class 7 clean room. Each seal operation can be monitored and recorded for traceability and compliance.
Dependent on the tray size and packing mode it can seal four plus packs at a time giving a maximum output of up to 40 packs per minute. Electric supply only is required for this machine.
