Established in 1975, Modern Bakery started as a small-scale bakery with 80 workers and manual production. Today, it is one of the region's largest bakeries, employing over 1,500 people and producing an average of 1 million buns and rolls daily in a fully automated plant. Beyond their staple bun line, Modern Bakery offers around 2,500 other products, including pastries, sweets, confectionery, muffins, cakes, and biscotti. Modern Bakery’s diverse product range caters to globally recognized coffee shops (Costa Coffee, Starbucks), fast food outlets (KFC, Pizza Hut), high-profile catering companies, supermarkets (Lulu Hypermarket, Carrefour), and 4- & 5-star hotel chains (Atlantis Hotel, Hilton Hotel). Despite their vast product base, they maintain superior customer satisfaction and consistent quality.

A loyal customer of Packaging Automation (PA) for several years, Modern Bakery initially purchased a PA182 machine and several sealing tools. Recently, they ordered an Eclipse 182 to enhance their sandwich and salad production, leveraging their existing tools to minimise costs. Modern Bakery appreciated PA's support with export paperwork and equipment delivery, facilitating increased capacity and productivity through automation.
