From New Product Development to Scaling Production

LUNA & Me, a family business based in Bridport, is renowned as one of the UK’s top raw pet food producers.

In 2018, LUNA & Me approached #TeamPA to help launch their new line of raw dog burgers and patties. The PA Test Kitchen jumped into action, selecting the ideal heat-sealing packaging through extensive trials with various suppliers.

Initially, LUNA & Me used the PA 217, a manual, portable tray sealer perfect for small-scale production and samples. However, with growing demand, they upgraded to the Eclipse 182, a semi-automatic, two-station tray sealer, bringing increased efficiency and low-level automation.
Since then, LUNA & Me has continued to scale, and #TeamPA has been proud to support their journey from concept to production success.
